We are looking for an Emergency & Critical Veterinary Technician Manager to join our CTVSEH leadership team. This full-time, salaried position reports directly to the Clinical Operations Manager and involves supervising a dedicated team working various shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Why Join Us?

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with ECC Floor Leads, Clinical Operations Manager, and others to ensure the highest level of emergency care and effective communication within the team.
• Oversee the ECC schedule, balancing staff scheduling limitations with hospital needs.
• Assist in hiring new team members.
• Conduct regular meetings to maintain team productivity and a positive atmosphere.
• Hold the team accountable, encouraging productivity and discouraging detrimental behaviors.
• Train the team, exhibiting technical knowledge of products and ECC procedures.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Management or supervisory experience, especially in a veterinary setting, preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Salary range of $62,400-$72,800 (commensurate with experience and credentialing)
