VCA Stoney Creek Animal Hospital is looking to expand its team with a Registered Veterinary Technician!  

Schedule: Full-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling, 4 x 10 hour shifts with one Saturday day shift per month.

Compensation: Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available.

As part of our Patient Care Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing diagnostics

• Placing IV catheters and administering medications via various routes

• Monitoring anesthesia and assisting in surgical prep and recovery

• Performing dental cleanings and dental radiographs

• Supporting DVMs during exams and procedures

• Educating clients and providing discharge instructions

• Accurately recording patient notes in electronic medical records
