As Clinic Medical Director, you'll practice exceptional medicine alongside a high-performing team, while shaping the standards, culture, and long-term success of your clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000–$200,000+ total compensation with performance bonus eligibility (surgery experience required)

What We're Looking For

• DVM/VMD degree, licensed and in good standing in Colorado
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
• A genuine belief that a great team is the foundation of great medicine
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking — you're decisive and results-oriented
• A visionary mindset — you see what's possible in modern vet medicine and want to help build it

• Set the Standard for Clinical Care — Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, ensuring every patient receives top-tier, gold-standard treatment across primary and urgent care.

• Drive Clinical Operations — Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and keep the clinic running at its best.
