Description
Cobb Animal Clinic is a long-standing, community-rooted practice in Greensboro, North Carolina, known for building real relationships with clients and delivering dependable, high-quality care without losing the human (and pet) connection. We’re looking for a Medical Director who wants to shape medicine, mentor a team, and have a genuine voice in how a hospital evolves—not just maintain the status quo. What Makes This Role Different

The hospital has a loyal client base and a collaborative team that values consistency, compassion, and practicality in care. What You’ll Be Doing: • Leading the medical team and setting the tone for clinical excellence• Collaborating with hospital leadership on growth, staffing, and culture• Supporting and mentoring associate veterinarians• Maintaining a balance of clinical work and leadership responsibilities
• Helping shape a positive, sustainable work environment for the entire team
Who This Role is Perfect For • A veterinarian ready to step into leadership—or an experienced Medical Director looking for a more collaborative environment• Someone who values both clinical autonomy and team development• A doctor who wants to influence culture, not just participate in it• A leader who enjoys building relationships—with clients, team members, and the broader community
