We are seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Technician to join our leadership team as Technician Supervisor at VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital.

Location: 57185 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley, CA 92284

Schedule: 4-day, 10-hour alternative work week

Salary: $26 to $31 / hour

This is a supervisory role responsible for leading the Veterinary Technician Staff. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing department policies and procedures.

• Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.

• Enforcing charge captures.

• Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.

• Record keeping.

• Marketing.

• Facility maintenance.

Strong skills are required. Must be dedicated to creating a healthy work environment where all employees are elevated, empowered, and enjoy what they do.
