Job Description

Part-Time Veterinary Technician

Above and Beyond Pet Care Hospital is seeking an experienced Part-Time Veterinary Technician with experience in both small animals and exotics.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with flexible availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent time management.

Our facility offers:

  • 5 exam rooms

  • In-house laboratory

  • Digital radiology

  • Paperless medical records using Avimark

  • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Client education

  • Patient management and restraint

  • Anesthesia monitoring

  • Dental procedures

  • Radiology

  • Technician appointments

  • In-house laboratory testing

  • Assisting doctors during treatments and procedures

  • Rotating throughout all hospital positions as needed

Small animal and exotic experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to multitask efficiently while providing compassionate patient care and excellent client service.
