Position Overview
Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Winchester, VA is hiring a full- time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Surgery and Emergency team!
Compensation: $30 - 40/hr with a $2,500 sign- on bonus for qualified Licensed Veterinary Technicians.
Schedule:
- 3/12- or 4/10-hour shifts per week.
- Holidays and weekends as needed.

Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Intensive nursing care, including emergency surgeries (utilizing all skills).
- Anesthesia monitoring.
- Critical case monitoring/treatments
- Emergency case management
