Our clients and their pets are like extended family, and our front desk is truly the heart of our practice. We&rsquo;re searching for a friendly, organized, and big-hearted person who loves animals and people equally to join our team as our new Client Care Specialist (Reception) Specialist.

If you light up when you make someone&rsquo;s day better, this is the perfect job for you!

What You&rsquo;ll Do Every Day:

<ul>
	<li>Be the smiling voice and face of our hospital&mdash;answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting clients and their furry family members</li>
	<li>Build real relationships with clients who have been coming to us for years (many will know you by name!)</li>
	<li>Help keep everything running smoothly: checking patients in/out, processing payments, managing records</li>
	<li>Work closely with our doctors and techs to make sure every pet gets the care they need</li>
	<li>Go the extra mile&mdash;whether that&rsquo;s carrying out a bag of food, calming a nervous client, or snuggling a scared puppy</li>
</ul>

We&rsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

<ul>
	<li>Has a naturally warm, upbeat personality and loves making people feel cared for</li>
	<li>Is extremely reliable&mdash;our clients and team count on you!</li>
	<li>Can multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail</li>
	<li>Has excellent phone and computer skills (experience with Cornerstone is a big plus but we&rsquo;ll train the right person)</li>
	<li>Is comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes and energy levels</li>
	<li>Brings positive energy and works great with a tight-knit team</li>
</ul>
