Registered Veterinary Technician- VCA Sugar Grove Animal HospitalAbout Our Hospital At VCA Sugar Grove Animal Hospital, we help pets live long, healthy and happy lives. The RoleAs a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient care and client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships and wants to grow within a supportive team.What You’ll Do
- Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery
- Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM
- Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments
- Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records

- Registered Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligible to sit for the VTNE.
