Agoura Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, multi-doctor hospital providing quality care for dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, and birds. For over 40 years, we’ve delivered personalized veterinary care while fostering a family-like, team-oriented environment. We are deeply connected to our community, offering free first exams for animals adopted from local shelters.

 

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with surgery experience or a passion for exotics, though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome.

 

Ideal Candidate

• DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California.

• Passionate about small animal medicine and client care.

• Interested in surgical and exotic cases.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.

• New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged.

Our Hospital & Workflow

• Healthy work-life balance with flexible schedule and no on-call requirements.

• Advanced diagnostics: digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound.

• Surgical capabilities: soft tissue and dental surgeries.

• Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs.

• Efficient workflow with 12–24 hour turnaround for outside lab results.
