Practice the Medicine You LoveOur hospital is 100% small animal and sees an average of just
15 patients per doctor each day, allowing you the time to build meaningful client relationships and provide thorough medical care. Wellness appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, while sick appointments can be scheduled for up to an hour.

- Two weeks of shadowing
- A dedicated technician and receptionist assigned as your primary support team
- One-hour appointment times with built-in schedule blocks
- Surgical shadowing and gradually increasing surgical responsibilities as your skills grow

A Schedule That Respects Your LifeEnjoy a schedule designed for balance:
- Four-day work week
- Three full clinic days
- One 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. surgery shift
- No weekends
- No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
