• $160,000 - $180,000 base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
• Sign-on bonuses and relocation support available for qualified candidates based on experience and location
• $2,000 annual CE allowance + 40 hours paid time to invest in your professional growth (based on four day work week)
