Associate Veterinarian (DVM)

Poultney Veterinary Hospital is an independently owned, two-doctor small-animal practice in Poultney, Vermont, looking to welcome a third veterinarian.

We're growing, with a hospital expansion planned, and offer a four-day workweek, shared Saturday mornings, no on-call and full-time or part-time opportunities.

Our team has digital radiography, dental X-rays, ultrasound and in-house diagnostics. You'll have the freedom to develop your clinical interests, with mentorship available from an owner with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Typical full-time annual compensation is $125,000–$150,000, depending on production and the agreed pay arrangement. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, flexible PTO, paid continuing education and licensing fees.
