Hands-On Labs
Two add-on labs, led by Empowering Veterinary Teams, give attendees practical skills in small groups. Each lab is limited to 15 participants and earns 2 CE credits.
- Pop & Lock: From Venipuncture to Central Lines (9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, $250) covers venipuncture, IV catheters, central lines, and PICC lines. Participants will practice using training veins and learn techniques for managing challenging venipuncture procedures.
- Build-a-Manikin Build-a-Manikin (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, $150) teaches participants how to use everyday clinic supplies to create CPR and anesthesia training models. You take your model home so your team can keep practicing.
Exhibit Hall
More than 100 companies will be represented on the expo floor. The hall will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on October 14 and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on October 15 and 16. Practice owners and managers can also schedule one-on-one meetings with vendors through the 1:1 meetings program.
