Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130k–$140k (depending on experience) + 21% production
• No Negative Accrual
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000
• Relocation support: $5,000
• Retention bonus: $5,000 after one year
• 3 weeks PTO
