Who We Are:
At Heart of Chelsea, we believe great medicine starts with great people. Our teams are built on empathy, professionalism, and teamwork. We ensure our doctors are well supported by highly trained technicians who take thorough histories, assist in diagnostics, and handle sample collection before the doctor begins each appointment. This allows our veterinarians to focus on what matters most: their patients and clients. We also provide a thorough mentorship program that includes shadowing, guided onboarding, medical protocol training, and one-on-one mentorship with a medical director. We encourage lifelong learning, career advancement, and innovative thinking. Our workplace culture thrives on respect, collaboration, and genuine enthusiasm for veterinary medicine.
We are proud to be AAHA Accredited, Fear Free Certified, and CLEAR Blueprint Certified, reflecting our commitment to excellence in medicine, patient comfort, and team well-being. These certifications demonstrate our dedication to the highest standards of care, creating a supportive environment for our staff and a calm, positive experience for every pet and client we serve.
Each of our hospitals is equipped with advanced medical technology and tools that help our veterinarians provide gold-standard care. Our state-of-the-art facilities include digital radiology, including dental radiographs, in-house CBC, chemistry, and iSTAT analyzers, as well as the Imagyst diagnostic platform. We also offer ultrasound and radiosurgical units, Class IV Companion Animal laser therapy, and high-speed dental equipment. In addition, we host an on-site cardiologist and internal medicine specialist each week for case collaboration. We are proud to offer comprehensive, modern care for dogs and cats without frequent outside referrals.
