Mark Massaro

Dr. Mark Massaro graduated from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. He then completed a one-year rotating internship and another year in general practice before transitioning into a more administrative role in practice management / software. He has since held a number of jobs in and around PIMS (practice information management software) and spoken out about how his own mental health challenges in the profession drove him to make this change. He now moderates the “NCVC: Non-Clinical Vet Med Careers” job board on LinkedIn to help others looking to make a similar transition.
