This webinar will review the anatomy and physiology of the ocular surface. The classification of corneal ulcers will be described with corresponding clinical pictures to aid in the recognition and accurate diagnosis of the various types of corneal ulcers. The participant will learn how to execute the first line of treatment for each specific classification of corneal ulcer in addition to gaining helpful insights regarding client education, prognosis for the eye and vision, and when referral is recommended.
