About the OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate, driven veterinarian to join our team as a Chief of Staff, or as an experienced Associate Veterinarian eager to grow into a leadership role. What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and preventative care to companion animals

• Lead and mentor veterinary and support staff (for Chief of Staff role)

• Collaborate with management on clinic operations, protocols, and growth initiatives

• Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of care

What We’re Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential or experience

• Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement
