  • Walk-in Saturdays

• Doctors average approximately 15 patients per day with 30-minute appointment times, allowing time to practice thoughtful, quality medicine
• Dedicated support staff structure including:
  • 1 veterinary assistant per doctor
  • 1 licensed veterinary technician per shift
  • 2 LVTs currently on staff
• Team members certified in:
  • Acupuncture
  • Ultrasound
  • VOM therapy
• Collaborative environment surrounded by nearby ER and specialty hospitals for excellent referral support

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 4-day work week
• Rotating Saturday schedule
• 1 dedicated surgery day per week
• Strong emphasis on teamwork and sustainable scheduling

• Prosal compensation model with a base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience & hours worked)
